Thank you for shopping with Bloom by Capri.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping
We currently ship within the United States.

Standard Shipping: $8.00 — estimated 3–5 business days
Express Shipping: $15.00 — estimated 1–2 business days
Free Standard Shipping: Available on orders of $70 or more.

Please note that these delivery estimates are in addition to our 1–3 business day processing time.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

Delays
While we strive to deliver orders on time, delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Bloom by Capri is not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect addresses provided by customers.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible at bloombycapri@gmail.com, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
